Everyone of us was created for a specific purpose. Oprah is not the only one. What is that purpose? Most of the time, people become aware of their purpose in life while they are very young. Some toddlers display why they are here based on the things they do the most. Some children draw, some sing, some of them like to take care of others and there have been many children whose favorite thing to do is put on a show in front of others. Do you remember what you loved to do when you were a child? If you do not, think back and think hard about who you were back then. When you are born, you are still in touch with your Spirit and who you are destined to become is fresh in you mind. As time goes on and we get older, so many seemingly important things take the place of what is really important. That new car you are anxious to purchase, the dream home you want, keeping up with your peers, do I look fat, marriage, getting a promotion at work, does she like me... All of those things and more get in the way of your real life and before you know it, you are more than 50 years old. If you have spent your life focused on all of those unimportant things, chances are, you will feel rather empty and unfulfilled. Look back and think about what you wanted to be when you were young. If possible, go for it now and become the person you were meant to be. Accomplish your true calling
